Customers are responsible for confirming their nail sizes before placing an order to avoid size mismatches.

If an exchange is needed for press-on nail sizes, customers must cover the return shipping cost and the shipping fee for the replacement.

Exchanges will only be processed once we receive the returned product and confirm it is in its original condition, undamaged, and resell able.
